My daughter & I were scheduled to be seen today at this location at 10:30 & 11am and no one was there! We waited from 10:15 to 11:30 and nothing! The office looked closed and there weren't any cars in the parking lot except for mine and another person who was also there to be seen. This was such a waste of my time and time off work! Now I have to use 8 hrs of my personal work hours for a day wasted and nothing done! Oh! But on Google, it shows open! This is false information! Please close your god damn business already!

I went there because of all these fantastic reviews. Let me tell you save your time and frustration. Your wait time is 2 hours long. Since I was a new patient, fine, I’ll wait. I made my appointment specifically to see Dr. Feng since he was an in network provider with my insurance. I did not get to see him, the staff intentionally switch me to a random dentist. I have expressed that I need to see Dr. Feng and nobody else. That request was refused and I was told he was busy. Well if he was busy why make the appointment for him? The receptionist will lie to cover up anything. She initially wanted me to sign over my rights on a voluntary waiver form. I let her know it said voluntary, her response was that it ain’t that hard. I ignored her response but it didn’t get any better from then on. She said that I never said I wanted to see Dr. Feng and that I made the appointment through corporate. Well I hope you know all calls are recorded. I called Corporate they told me I made it through the local office to which I spoke with this same receptionist. This is an unethical practice to bait and switch dentist. I also heard the front desk staff talking that I was Dr Feng’s patient. Then shortly I was called in. They were aware that I made the appointment with Dr Feng. They ended up sending a random dentist in. I expressed my dissatisfaction that I didn’t get to see who I made the appointment with and the response from the receptionist was that, “you don’t need to come here”. How good of a service are you truly providing for that 2 whole hours of wait time? The receptionist also refused service and refused to make another appointment. She forced me to not return to the office.

Honestly the front staff set the whole atmosphere from the time I walked in I knew I was going to be ok it felt so warm and inviting Julian helped me do my intake and it was so smooth in the back doctor feng helped me and he put me on the right track for a healthier brighter long lasting smile! The manager helped me with my financial planning and I couldn’t ask for more! I am grateful to this western dental for helping me
